AED Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All AED equipment sales are final once shipped or delivered; warranty and replacement coverage follow manufacturer terms.
Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original
payment method. Deposits and AHA course fees are nonrefundable. No refunds will be
issued for completed sessions, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. To respect our instructors’ time and travel
commitments, please review the following:
For On-Site Skills Sessions:
• Rescheduling: No fee if notice is provided 7 or more days in advance.
• Cancellation: 7–3 days prior: 25% cancellation fee. Within 72 hours: 50% fee.
• No-shows: Full payment is due.
For EAP Workshops or Awareness Programs:
• Cancellations with less than 5 business days’ notice will incur a 25% fee.
• If instructors arrive on-site and the session cannot be conducted (no access, missing
participants, or incomplete online modules), it will be considered a no-show.
Online Course Purchases
If SafePlay CPR purchases any AHA eLearning courses (HeartCode, Heartsaver, etc.) on
behalf of a participant or organization:
• These course keys are nonrefundable, as they are nonrefundable from the American Heart Association.
• Once an AHA course key is issued, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred.
• If a session is canceled or rescheduled after course keys have been purchased, the cost of the AHA course will be deducted from any eligible refund, plus a $10 administrative fee per participant.
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
